Pokhara is located at 200 km west from Kathmandu and 186 Km from sunauli. We can get to Pokhara at just half an hour in plane from Kathmandu and 5 to 6 hours drive from Kathmandu. There are around 30-40 regular flights from Kathmandu to pokhara and some more are added at the seasons . Also pokhara is well linked with boarder cities like, kakarvitta, Biratnagar, Birgung in east and Bhairava, Nepalgunj and mahendranagor to the west. The transportation system is good and well managed and some hotels lies at the highway for the facility for tourist. Lakeside and Damside are the main tourist area in the pokhara which are just 2 KM far from Airport. Since the police are doing their duty in the highway too there is the relief from the fear of robbery . We can see the beautiful scenery of nature on the path of highway which helps people to pass the way peacefully and excitingly.
